WHERE TO GO IF LAVIA LAW IS NOT A GOOD FIT

Learn more about other legal resources to use if LaVia Law isn't for you.

As a client looking for legal support, your first question may be, “Where do I start?”  Here at LaVia Law, we offer clients the opportunity to retain counsel for a reduced fee. If the client cannot afford our monthly services, we provide the opportunity to pay for hourly advice sessions. In an advice session, an attorney can provide recommendations on how to proceed in a family law matter or answer any questions the client has.

If LaVia Law is not a good fit, or there is a conflict, or you can’t afford legal services, there are other resources that may be available:

Family Law, Estate Planning, Employment Law, Consumer Law, Civil Rights & Real Estate Law

Family Law, Public Benefits, Health Care Law, Education Law & Employment Law

Immigration Law, Criminal Law, Juvenile Law, Employment Law, Public Benefits, & Real Estate Law

Domestic Violence Injunction

Appeals & Appellate & Criminal Law

DIY: If you would like to try representing yourself, you might be interested in booking an hourly advice session in which we can help you fill out forms or figure out next steps. LaVia Law also provides videos that may be helpful. The first two videos have been posted and are FREE! New videos available for purchase will be added soon. Check out our YouTube channel to stay up to date on what is currently available.
